This concept building is designed for fashion artists who make haute-couture clothes, being located in Bucharest, Romania. I was inspired by embroidered traditional clothes and their patterns.

This building offers all the necessary spaces for clothing designers and is dedicated to co-working, all areas being for rent.
Each floor hosts spaces essential for a business in fashion design: workshops, showrooms, offices.
On the ground floor there is the reception and the showrooms. The panels from walls in showrooms can be customized for each tenant.
The workshops are on the first floor, as well as a catwalk area.

On the top floor is a restaurant - bar, opened for tenants and their guests.
Being a building for Romanian designers, popular models of traditional clothes can be found in stylizations everywhere. They create geometric patterns that give a unique note to the atmosphere.
Easy customization of showrooms, workshops and offices was a technical challenge, solved by simple solutions.
