Furnishing?
See the Result Before You Invest

Whether it’s a new home, an empty room or a partly furnished space, the project shows how furniture, storage, lighting and proportions work together before you order the key pieces.

Why Is It Hard to Furnish a Finished Space?

You already have the walls, ceilings and finishes.

You don’t want to change them — but you need the furniture to fit, flow and make sense.

Open spaces, missing hallways or unusual proportions can leave awkward gaps.

We plan the furnishing around your space and the way you want to live.

How does the project work?

In a furnishing project, design and implementation work together: the plan sets the direction, and the right sequence turns it into a lived-in space.

9 steps — from measurements to a furnished home.

Understand & organise the space

Before choosing furniture, we study the space: proportions, circulation, storage and areas that could work better.

This is where a furnishing project starts — with a space that is fully used, not filled with random pieces.

Site Measurements

We start with the real dimensions of the space, so the project is based on accurate data, not guesses. I can measure the space myself, or you receive a guide to take the measurements correctly.

You receive: the correct base for the layout, 3D renders and furniture sketches.

See It Furnished Before You Buy

View the space as a complete furnishing plan before investing in the key pieces.

Photorealistic Renders

We build the space in 3D, so you can see it furnished before ordering the key pieces.

This is where we choose the mood, materials, colours, furniture and lighting, then refine the design based on your feedback.

You receive: photorealistic images of the final design, from several angles.

From Plan to Furnished Home

After the design stage, furniture, orders, installation and decor are brought into the home in the right sequence.

Furniture Built Properly

I send the design to the furniture supplier and clarify what needs to be made: dimensions, proportions, internal layout, fronts and finishes.

The goal is for the custom furniture to match the approved design, not just fit into the space.

You receive: technical support so the custom furniture is understood, quoted and built correctly.

9. Enjoy Your Space

Your space is now coherent, functional and beautifully put together, with furniture, lighting, storage and decor working as one.

What Counts as a “Room”
A room means each functional space: living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom or hallway. The living room and kitchen count as two rooms, even if they are open space.

Example Cost

For a home with 4 functional spaces — living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom — a full furnishing project costs approximately €1,504 (including layout, 3D renderings, furniture sketches and shopping list).

FAQ — Furnishing Interior Design Projects

1. Why do I need a furnishing project if the space is already finished? A furnishing project helps you plan the space before buying the furniture. Even when the finishes are already done, open spaces, missing hallways or unusual proportions can make furnishing harder than it looks. The project shows the full space in 3D, so you can choose the right pieces and avoid buying items that do not work together.

2. I do not want construction work. Can a furnishing project still help? Yes. A furnishing project is ideal when you want to keep the existing space and avoid major works. We work with the finishes and structure you already have, and only add small adjustments if needed: an extra socket, a light point, paint or wallpaper.

3. How does the layout help if I have an open space or no hallway? The layout shows where the main furniture, storage and functional areas should go. In an open space, we define the living, kitchen and dining zones. In a home without a hallway, we find solutions for storage and circulation. You first see the organisation in plan, and then in 3D renders if you continue with the full project.

4. Can I see the furnished space before I buy anything? Yes. 3D renders show the furnished space before you order the key pieces. You see the mood, colours, materials, lighting, furniture and decor as one coherent image, not as separate choices. This helps you decide what is actually worth buying.

5. Do you make custom furniture? No. The project can include sketches for custom furniture, but the furniture is made by a supplier or manufacturer. We detail pieces such as wardrobes, bookshelves, kitchen furniture, storage units or partitions, with dimensions, fronts and finishes. The sketches can be used for quotes and production.

6. Do I receive a shopping list? Yes. You receive a shopping list with the items needed to furnish the space. It can include custom furniture, ready-to-buy pieces, lighting, textiles and decor, with sources, quantities, estimated prices and delivery times.

7. How much does a furnishing project cost? A furnishing project is priced per room, based on the stages you choose. The layout costs €49 / room, 3D renders cost €249 / room, furniture sketches cost €49 / room, and the shopping list costs €29 / room. Measurements and implementation support are priced separately.

8. What counts as a “room” for pricing? A “room” means each functional space: living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom or hallway. The living room and kitchen are priced separately, even if they are open space. The final price depends on the number of spaces and the stages you choose.

9. Can I start only with the layout? Yes. You can start only with the layout at €49 / room. You choose the number of rooms, upload the measurements and book the online meeting. You receive 2–3 layout options, discussed in a 30-minute meeting per room.

10. Do you also handle orders, deliveries or installation? Yes. You can choose design only, design with guidance or full coordination. With guidance, you receive direction and checks at key stages. With full coordination, I manage small adjustments, suppliers, orders, deliveries and installation until the space is furnished.

11. Can I work with you if the space is in another city or country? Yes. A furnishing project can be delivered online, wherever the space is located. The layout, 3D renders, furniture sketches and shopping list are created from your measurements and online discussions. On-site measurements or implementation coordination are discussed separately.
