Why Plan Before Renovating?
Renovations get messy when decisions are made one by one.
An interior design project shows how finishes, furniture, sockets and lighting work together before anything reaches the site.
We adapt the existing space to the way you live now.

How does the project work?
In a renovation, the plan is only half the work. First, we define what needs to happen. Then we make sure it is executed properly.
9 steps — from measurements to the finished home.
We start with the existing space
In a renovation, every decision depends on what is already there: dimensions, walls, utilities, light and circulation. We start with measurements and layout, not finishes.
Site Measurements
We work with the real dimensions of your home, not an approximate plan. Depending on the location, I can measure the space myself or send you a clear measuring guide.
You receive: the correct base for the layout, 3D design and technical plans.
Before Ordering Finishes
Before ordering tiles, flooring or key pieces, you need to see how everything works together. Renders, technical plans and the shopping list help you make clear decisions, not separate ones.
When the site work begins
This is where the project becomes real work: orders, deliveries, team instructions and on-site checks.
Without coordination, design decisions can easily get lost during execution.
Built as Designed
Orders need to be placed on time, materials checked on delivery, and execution teams need to understand the plans. When unexpected situations appear, decisions follow the project instead of becoming improvisations.
You receive: coordination between design, orders, deliveries and execution, so the renovation stays coherent until the end.
The interior takes shape
After the site work, we move to furniture, lighting, textiles and final pieces.
We order and install them in the right sequence, from large items to details.
From Site Work to Furniture
Once the main works are done, final site measurements are taken. The custom furniture is detailed and checked against the design, so proportions, compartments and finishes stay consistent.
You receive: technical support so the furniture design is clearly understood and correctly executed by the manufacturer.
9. Ready to Live In
In the end, the space is not just renovated. It is designed around the way you live.
You move into a coherent home, planned from the first measurements to the final details.

How involved should I be in your renovation?
Before we start, we define the level of support you need: project only, guidance during renovation or full coordination.

Project Only
With your team
For you if you already have a team, suppliers and want to manage the renovation yourself.
You receive: full project: layout, renders, technical plans, furniture sketches, budget and shopping list.
Cost: price shown below.

Project + Guidance
Implementation timeline
For you if you manage the renovation, but want structure and checks at key stages.
You receive: full project + timeline, video calls and site visits at key moments, if needed.
Cost: project + separate offer.

Turnkey
Full coordination
For you if you do not want to manage the site, orders and installation yourself.
You receive: full project + coordination of orders, suppliers, teams, deliveries and installation.
Cost: project + separate offer.

Interior Design Cost & Timeline
Pricing is per room, and the timeline depends on the stages you choose.
You can renovate the whole home or one key area, with costs and estimated timing clear from the start.
Site Measurements
The price depends on location, and travel costs are discussed separately. If you prefer to measure the space yourself, you receive a simple guide and we can start directly with the layout.
Implementation
Guidance, site visits and turnkey coordination are priced separately, based on location, timeline and level of involvement.
Additional Renders
If you want extra images with different colours or materials after the included set, they are charged separately: €19 / render.
What Counts as a “Room”
A room means each functional space: living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom or hallway. The living room and kitchen count as two rooms, even if they are open space.
Example Cost
For an apartment with 4 functional spaces — living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom — a full project costs approximately €1,784.
This includes: layout, 3D renders, technical plans and shopping list.
Site measurements and implementation support are added separately, only if needed.

FAQ — Home Renovation Interior Design
1. Why do I need a design project if I already have good contractors? Because contractors execute the work, but they do not decide how your home should function or look. The project defines the layout, finishes, furniture, utilities and key details before decisions are made in a rush on site.
2. Can I renovate only the kitchen or bathroom? Yes. You can work only on the rooms you need. Pricing is per room, so you can renovate the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room or hallway without doing the whole home at once.
3. Can I move the bathroom or kitchen? Usually, bathrooms and kitchens stay in place because they depend on existing plumbing. In a renovation, we optimise the space within its real limits: layout, storage, furniture, finishes, lighting and, where possible, small layout changes.
4. Why are measurements so important? Because the whole project depends on the real dimensions of the space. If we start from an approximate plan, the layout, renders, furniture and quantities can be wrong. That is why we start with site measurements: I can measure the space, or you can use a simple measuring guide.
5. Can the products and finishes from the renders be bought? Yes. The renders are built with real products or equivalent options that can be ordered. We choose finishes, furniture and key pieces with budget, suppliers and availability in mind.
6. How much does a full renovation design project cost? The cost depends on the number of rooms and stages selected. A full project is approximately €446 / room: layout €49, 3D renders €249, technical plans €99 and shopping list €49. Site measurements and implementation support are calculated separately.
7. Do you also supervise or coordinate the renovation? Yes. You can choose project only, project with guidance or turnkey coordination. Guidance includes an implementation timeline, video calls and site visits at key stages. Turnkey coordination includes orders, suppliers, teams, deliveries and installation.
8. Can I work with you if I renovate in another city or country? Yes. The interior design project can be delivered online, wherever the home is located. Layouts, renders, technical plans and shopping lists can be created from measurements and online discussions. Site measurements or implementation support are discussed separately.
9. Can I start only with the layout? Yes. You can start with the layout at €49 / room. Choose the number of rooms, upload the measurements and book the online meeting. You receive 2–3 layout options, discussed in a 30-minute meeting per room.
10. What counts as a “room” for pricing? A room means each functional space: living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom or hallway. The living room and kitchen count as two rooms, even if they are open space. The final price depends on the number of spaces and stages selected.
